USEP Enrollment System

Enrollment system is really a need because it holds an important function in every Schools ad University. In other words enrollment system is the must system in a school. When a student is enrolling for a specific course the school requires all the necessary information of the enrollee. Enrollment system is a way that a particular school enables to trace the information of a student. It is extremely useful in the school in the way of making the processes of enrolling much easy. As for the case of University of Southeastern Philippines, you cannot be called as USEpian unless you can’t enroll in this University. Fortunately, there are lots of diagram pictures containing the Enrollment processes posted in the inside the campus especially during enrollment period which gave a big benefit especially for the new student who is willing to enroll. Well, the posted diagrams are easy to understand. As technology changes and as time goes by, we can’t deny the fact that we should also adopt those automation processes for the betterment of our university. Definitely, this is true that the University has already uses automation process but what I mean is how about those organizations in the campus. Are they already uses automated ways in their transactions? Based on my experiences when I was in Tagum Campus was same also with here in Obrero Campus because I enroll for almost four days which is a very big deal for me since it is time-consuming. The paying of fees especially in every clubs and organizations take long queues which really spend more than an hour. As what I have observed during the time of advising, I have noticed that there just few faculty which comes to my mind that it was quiet unfair for them. And it was a big hassle not only for the part of the faculty and also for the students because you may take time and can create meters of line to wait. For what I have knew there was assigned adviser for a particular year level. The other one is the signing of clearances. Based on my experienced also when I was in Tagum campus, we did it individually. We went to the offices individually together with our clearance. And because of this reason, I found it time consuming also and it is also true with those personnel who are task to sign for the clearances. Yes! It’s a good practice here in Obrero because we just give our clearance to our respective mayor however my concern here is “Why should we will not try it in the automation way?” In a way that we will just give our clearance to the assigned personnel and he/she just signed it by looking in his/her pc. And in the pc there are list of student information and all the sort of account data so that we can minimize our time for signing of clearances.
